Account & Registration

Go to sixgam.net/register and complete the three-step form. Step 1 asks for your username, email, Pakistani mobile number and a password. Step 2 asks for your full name, date of birth and city. Step 3 is a confirmation and T&C agreement. The whole process takes under two minutes and your account is created immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Yes, completely free. Creating a Sixgam account costs nothing — no sign-up fee, no monthly subscription, no charge of any kind. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit and play. Your welcome bonus is credited automatically on your first deposit.

No. Sixgam strictly allows one account per player. Duplicate registrations — same name, CNIC, phone number, email or payment method — are detected and the additional accounts are closed. Any balance in a duplicate account may be forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support@sixgam.net rather than registering again.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at Sixgam. This is a hard requirement — no exceptions. Sixgam verifies player age during the registration process and during the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity check. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately and all funds are returned.

You can log in using either your username or your registered email address — both work on the Sixgam login page. If you have forgotten both, email support@sixgam.net with your registered Pakistani mobile number. Our team can identify your account and help you recover access. Average response time is under 30 minutes during business hours.

For standard play, no documents are needed beyond your registration details. For larger withdrawals or if our system flags a verification requirement, you may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, in some cases, a photo of the payment method you use (e.g. a screenshot of your Easypaisa wallet). This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) check and is there to protect your account.

To close your Sixgam account, email support@sixgam.net with "Account Closure Request" in the subject line. State your username and the reason (optional). Any verified PKR real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited. If you are closing your account due to gambling concerns, consider using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings under Responsible Gaming instead — it provides stronger protections.
Deposits & Payments

Log in to your Sixgam account and go to the Deposit section. Select Easypaisa or JazzCash as your payment method, enter the amount in PKR (minimum Rs 500), and confirm. You will receive a payment prompt on your mobile wallet — authenticate with your wallet PIN and the deposit credits to your Sixgam balance in under 60 seconds. The minimum deposit at Sixgam is Rs 500 regardless of which payment method you use — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though some payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits normally reflect in under 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 2 hours during banking hours. If more than 2 hours have passed and your balance still has not updated, contact support@sixgam.net with your transaction reference number (from your mobile wallet or bank statement). Our payments team resolves most of these cases within 30 minutes of receiving the reference.

Sixgam does not charge any deposit fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance — Rs 1,000 deposited means Rs 1,000 in your account. Some payment providers (particularly bank debit cards) may charge a small transaction fee on their end — this is set by your bank, not Sixgam, and is displayed to you before you confirm the transaction.

Sixgam accepts deposits via: Easypaisa (mobile wallet and app), JazzCash (mobile wallet and app), NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks), Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion needed or applied.

IBFT transfers are typically processed within 30–120 minutes during standard Pakistani banking hours (weekdays 9am–5pm). Transfers made outside banking hours or on weekends may take until the next business day to process. If you need faster access to your funds, use Easypaisa or JazzCash — both credit in under 60 seconds.
Withdrawals

Log in, go to your account settings and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. The minimum withdrawal at Sixgam is Rs 500. There is no minimum time you need to have held funds before withdrawing — real money balance (as opposed to active bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time once your account is verified. Bonus funds require their wagering conditions to be met before they can be withdrawn.

A brief pending status is normal — Sixgam conducts a quick review of withdrawals before sending. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, this review typically takes 5–10 minutes. For IBFT, it may take up to 2 hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than these windows, contact support@sixgam.net with your withdrawal reference number. In most cases, pending withdrawals are due to an incomplete identity verification that our team can resolve quickly.

No. As a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure, Sixgam requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you deposited via Easypaisa (0300-XXXXXXX), your withdrawal must go to that same Easypaisa number. If you need to change your payment method, contact support@sixgam.net — identity verification will be required before the change is approved.

Sixgam does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount you request is the amount sent. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may deduct a receiving fee — this is set by them, not Sixgam, and varies by provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash typically do not charge receiving fees for incoming transfers to registered wallets.
Bonuses & Promotions

New Sixgam players receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 10,000. There is no code to enter — the bonus is applied automatically when you make your first deposit. If you deposit Rs 5,000, you receive Rs 5,000 in bonus funds, giving you Rs 10,000 total to play with. Full wagering terms are available at Terms and Conditions.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus funds a set number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 150,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Real money deposited is always withdrawable at any time — only the bonus portion has this requirement. Each bonus has an expiry period stated in its terms — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date it is credited. The specific expiry for your active bonuses is visible in your account dashboard under the Bonuses section. If a bonus expires before you complete the wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are voided.

Yes. Sixgam runs regular reload bonuses, weekly cashback promotions, and event-based offers for existing players. In Baccarat, you bet on the Player hand, the Banker hand, or a Tie. Two cards are dealt to each side. The hand closest to 9 wins. Tens and face cards count as zero; other cards count at face value. Account Security

Yes. Sixgam uses TLS 1.3 encryption on all pages — the same standard used by major Pakistani banks. Your personal data, payment information and login credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest. Sixgam does not store full card numbers. The platform uses rate limiting and monitoring to detect and block unusual login activity. Log in to Sixgam, go to Account Settings, and look for the Security section. Toggle 2FA on — you will be asked to verify your registered Pakistani mobile number. Once enabled, every login will require an OTP (one-time PIN) sent to your mobile before access is granted. This means even if someone has your password, they cannot log in without physical access to your phone.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Sixgam account: (1) Change your password immediately via the login page using the Forgot Password feature. (2) Email support@sixgam.net immediately with "URGENT — Account Security" in the subject line — our team can lock the account within minutes. (3) Check your transaction history and report any unauthorised deposits or withdrawals. Never share your password with anyone — Sixgam staff will never ask for it.

Go to the Sixgam login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email or Pakistani mobile number. A reset link (email) or OTP (SMS) will arrive within one minute. Follow the instructions to set a new password. Reset links expire after 30 minutes — if yours expires, simply request a fresh one. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions. The minimum deposit limit is Rs 500. Setting a realistic limit before you start playing is one of the most effective ways to keep gaming fun and within budget.

A cool-off period is a short voluntary break from Sixgam — from 24 hours to 30 days — during which your account is temporarily inaccessible. You cannot log in, deposit, or play. Your balance is preserved and no promotional emails are sent. Set a cool-off in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cool-Off. It takes effect immediately.
